Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consulting and Development Services

Due to the custom nature of our AI architecture, consulting, and automation services, much of the cost is associated with highly specialized labor and intellectual property development. Therefore:

  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed project milestones are generally non-refundable once the deliverables have been accepted.
  • Retainer Services: For monthly retainer agreements, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice. Any prepaid unused days beyond the 30-day notice period will be calculated and refunded pro-rata.

2. Software Subscriptions and Digital Products

If you have purchased access to our proprietary software platforms or digital tools, we offer a standard 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund, no questions asked. Following the 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

Your request should include your invoice number, the payment date, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We request that you contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your services and account while the dispute is being investigated.
